{"id":926,"date":"2013-08-10T21:56:30","date_gmt":"2013-08-10T21:56:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nusum.wordpress.com\/?p=926"},"modified":"2013-08-10T21:56:30","modified_gmt":"2013-08-10T21:56:30","slug":"the-culture-table-request-for-input","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/strategyguy.com\/NuSum\/2013\/08\/10\/the-culture-table-request-for-input\/","title":{"rendered":"The Culture Table &#8211; Request for input"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The purpose of this post is to share something I am working on in the hopes of receiving some feedback from people like you.<\/p>\n<p>Back in April I wrote a post entitled &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/wp.me\/pKh0h-dn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hold your breath, it\u2019s going to go deep<\/a>&#8221;\u00a0 about the fact that\u00a0\u00a0I was presenting a paper at the World Social Science Forum in October, \u00a0well the deadline is approaching and I am now \u00a0trying to write the thing. \u00a0The paper is to examine the cultural and governance implications of horizontally enabling tools like GCpedia. \u00a0As part of that I would like to have a culture table that compares the two cultures with a focus on the divergent points of potential conflict.<\/p>\n<p>To provide a frame for analysis of the conflicting cultures I have elected to use <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Edgar_Schein\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Schein\u2019s three levels of organizational cultur<\/a>e.
