I am working on a slide describing the high level attributes of an ideal community manager and am wondering what is missing. Any thoughts?
After collecting some comments and some discussion at the first Ottawa Community Managers meetup I have created a revised version of the slide above. What do you think?

Hi there. How about a super-thick skin? I know that you have conflict resolution as a high-level attribute but they also have to be self-motivated. You must be a serious self-starter who can work with very little accolades and in many cases serve as the lone ambassador for your community. That is often the reality for many. This job is tough. Also, creating content. Content creation is crucial and you must now how to relate to people and bring them together around common interests.
